From the 19th to the 20th of September, the 5th transnational meeting of the InovHumRe project took place in Córdoba, Spain, organized by the partner Fundación Magtel. The meeting brought together the project partners to reflect on the project’s state of the art and plan the next steps and activities. Professors Paulo Pedroso, Joana Azevedo, Jorge Ferreira and Annelien Groten participate from Iscte.
On September 20th, the project’s first Multiplier Event took place, promoted by Fundación Magtel. The event aimed to present to the community and important stakeholders the project and the results obtained so far, namely the creation of the syllabus in Participatory Assessment, the progress in creating online learning tools in participatory assessment and the handbook, which will be available online after completion. The event also featured the intervention of the Spanish NGO “Asociación Diversidades” and a round table for debate.
The InovHumRe project is a project funded by the Erasmus+ Program – KA203 – Strategic Partnerships for Higher Education and which aims to improve the quality and effectiveness of higher education institutions, improving the teaching of students and Humanitarian Action professionals, through the implementation, in courses of second cycle social sciences, of a curricular unit on the evaluation of humanitarian action. The project is promoted by Iscte-IUL and has the following partners: Instituto Marques de Valle Flor (Portugal), Hacettepe University (Turkey), Sened Dernegi (Turkey), Sosyal Hizmet Uzmanlari Derneği (Turkey, Fundación Magtel (Spain), Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (Spain), Fundação Getúlio Vargas (Brazil), Icesi University (Colombia).
